(15)     Our details

The full name of our company is Venture Programmers ltd.

We are registered in England & Wales.

You can contact us using our online form.

These website terms of use are based on a template

Privacy Policy

Venture Programmers Ltd will use personal details supplied to us by Programmers, Venturists or Investors for the purposes of selecting Programmers to collaborate on Projects agreed with Venturists and/or Investors or for our company administration and accounting processes. Venture Programmers Ltd will not pass on personal details collected for these purposes to any other organisation without the express permission of the Programmer, Venturist or Investor.

If you wish to be considered for any fully paid work as a Programmer, you must agree to Venture Programmers Ltd sharing your details with our sister company, Celtic Internet Ltd, which will deal with any such work. You will have to agree to these terms if you tick the Paid Work checkbox on your VProfile.

Removal

If at any time you wish to be removed from our database, you can Contact Us and we will facilitate the deletion of your records from any databases kept by our organisation. The exception will be if your details are required for accounting purposes (i.e. if you have done some work through us, we will need to keep records).

Financial Services

Please note that nothing on this website is meant to constitute 'financial advice' and no content has been approved by an authorised person (as defined by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000). Any investment (of time or money) may result in the loss of any or all of your investment.

Non Disclosure Agreements

All Programmers and Investors will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Venture Programmers before we will share any information about our projects and investment opportunities. Once you have signed one NDA, then you will not have to sign additional ones if you participate in additional projects in the future.

This is to allow both the Venturist and Venture Programmers to discuss the broad details of the project freely with suitable Programmers and Investors before entering into a full contract for the work.

Additionally, each Programmer will be required to sign an NDA between themselves and the Venturist once they have accepted and invitation to join the project. The Venturist will then be in a position to share full details of the project, including any commercially sensitive information.

We will not enter into any NDA agreement with a Venturist prior to evaluating a business proposal. Therefore any commercially sensitive information that may be relevant to your proposal should be omitted. Simply give an outline of the information you have available.

In such a case, should the proposal proceed past the initial evaluation, then Venture Programmers would be prepared to sign an NDA before proceeding further.

Experts with a vested interest

Paid for developers typically have no interest in your business beyond the paid job. You get what you ask for, not necessarily what your business needs. A technical partner with a vested interest will take the time to ensure you get the best possible solution.

Better returns for your skills

In exchange for a commitment to the technical development of an idea into a successful business, our clients will offer you a share of the profits that your skills will help realise. Full-time or part-time, your skills are valuable to our entrepreneurial clients.

Venture Programmers

Venture Programmers offer business investment and business funding to entrepreneurs, startup businesses and established business. We do not provide venture capital and we are not business angels as such. Instead we offer business finance and investments in the form of technical experts in the fields of web design, programming (particularly coldfusion and flex). We have ties with private equity that is looking for business proposals and investment opportunities. Become a Venturist and open new investment doors.
